Welcome to my world. I'm Cat, creator of this site. Sometimes it makes me feel a little like Dr. Frankenstein. I'm a polyamorous bisexual, as well as an internet addict. This is the little corner of the Web I have chosen as a memorial to my skewed way of looking at the world. I refuse to try to fit into pre-defined categories that society would like to place me in, and instead insist that the world accept me on my own terms. Easy, no, but it is fun if you have an extremely sadistic streak. Most people find me so outside their frame of reference that they can't begin to understand me, which is probably a good thing. I've always felt a little sorry for the ones that do.
Everything that follows is simply my opinion on things like bisexuality, polyamory, the effects of polyamory (gasp!) on the children, and life in general. All the standard caveats apply. Don't expect the answers to life, the universe and everything, I don't have them, except 42, and I'm still looking for the question to that one. Mostly it's stuff I've had to explain over and over again to friends and people that just don't get it, so I decided to write it all down in the hopes that telling them what kind of thing made me the way I am will help them understand me a bit better, and just point them this way.
I'm Baaack....After a very long absence, I'm back in sight. I'd like to say that I was out in left field because I was totally re-inventing myself, but I've never liked hypocrisy in others, and I really hate it in myself. In reality, I was simply removing myself from everything. Sometimes it's just easier to hide in a corner and let the world go past.
So what have I been doing since I've done anything with this site? Let's see-- I've changed my hair color several times. A slight mistake around the end of the year left my hair the color of a Coke can, which was rather amusing, but my employer at that time had absolutely no sense of humor about things like that. So now it's kind of dark red again.
I've also come up with a new page or two. I've gotten rid of the stuff that was past it's time, and cleaned up the site a bit. Enjoy...
